Michael Rosman, Founder/President
Michael Rosman has over three decades of experience in the corporate catering and restaurant industry. He is a published author and magazine columnist who ranks among the most sought after consultants in the corporate catering field today. As Founder and President of The Corporate Caterer, Michael strives to help existing caterers and restaurateurs launch or grow successful corporate drop-off catering divisions. As a real person Michael is a world traveler driven by adrenaline, passionate about true crime cases and will literally follow the wrongly accused to their jail cell to show his unwavering support through two inches of glass. He can occasionally be found living life off the grid in the Ande’s Mountains listening to the tragic tales of the plane-crash survivors depicted in movie “Alive” ...directly from the survivors themselves. He is a self-proclaimed ameteur tornado chaser with two active twisters under his belt and seeking more as we speak. Michael claims to enjoy every food in the universe except coconut and sundried tomatoes.
Christine Bevilaqua
Director of Member Services
Christine Bevilaqua is a 25 year veteran of the food-service industry, with a special focus on restaurant management, hospitality and corporate catering. As Director of Member Services she works diligently to keep a smile on every one of our client’s faces...and she succeeds. Christine’s passions include family, faith, food, travel, staying two steps ahead of the pack and turning lemons into lemonade. On the weekends you can find Christine volunteering at the local homeless shelter or attending church, and on occasion attending tournament softball games with her perfect teenage daughter. Christine’s never evers are...restaurants that have cheap plastics forks, watermelons, beets and house-cleaning...and believe me, you don’t wanna go here!
Erin Brazil
Director of Sales and Social Media
Erin Brazil is a native Bostonian with 25 years and running in the food-service industry. Her career with Michael Rosman began when she walked through the door of a small Beacon Hill deli at just seventeen years old, and she has been a presence ever since. Erin’s broader background includes corporate catering, sales, marketing, communications and client relations. She is laser-focused on providing our clients with the tools they need to be successful and bring their visions to life. Erin marketed old school until social media exploded and took over the universe. She now spends her time as the TMZ of the catering world - tweeting, posting, strategizing and tracking the latest industry trends #dedicated #cantstopwontstop Everyday loves include family, art, culture, Red Sox and unfortunately, frequently stepping on rogue legos while creeping around the house in the middle of the night. #painfullittlesuckers If Erin could remove one thing from her daily life it would most certainly be teenage attitude problems.
Tajah Thomas
Client Advisor
Tajah Thomas was born and raised in legendary sports town Boston, Massachusetts. (Go Pats! Go Red Sox!) Tajah is a Howard University undergrad (HU...You Know!) with a focus in History, Afro-Studies and Political Science, and the future curator of some of the world’s most highly regarded galleries. Along with her passion for museum curating, Tajah has always held a deep love for the culinary field. Tajah was practically born with a full set of utensils in her hands and has been developing her skill ever since. Her journey has led her to internships with Simmons College in Boston’s Back Bay, as well as well as several bakeries and cafes in the Boston area. Recently Tajah worked as a hostess in a largely-renowned restaurant in the seaside town of Winthrop by the Sea. Her fascination and experience compelled her to join our team, in the summer of 2018. Tajah is an outgoing, ambitious and intelligent addition to our group, and always has a big, bright smile on her face wherever she goes. When Tajah is not dedicating herself to helping our clients develop and grow their corporate divisions, she is busy being absorbed by the neverending world of museums in DC (I’m so lucky to be living here!) Of course, you can also find Tajah glued to her phone determined to maintain long distance relationships with her friends and family back home or napping from her busy life with both headphones in and the volume on full blast. If Tajah could remove one thing from daily life it would be squishy mouth eating noises...totally gross.
